Hey, all.
There are many suggestions that Slawek Lukasik will drive for Yeti. Recently on the report he had the bike covered and only the tip of the shimano brake handle, ergon oil slick grip, was visible. And now he had a Rondo hvrt road bike on report. As far as I know Rondo has partnered with Yeti. And Yeti has a vacancy in the team. The puzzle is coming together
Something interesting to note about the fort bill entries. Dante silva has moved up to be on the canyon cllctv team rather than canyon pirreli
Dante Silva on Factory Canyon, replacing Mark Wallace??
Great news for him!!!
It looks like it and it would make sense. He was aknowledged as a big help in developing the new Commencal V5 and I guess that's a nice thing to have on your resume. Unno currently do not offer a modern/updated dh bike (their bike, if they still sell it, is at least two generations old) and might want to get back to it. He would be a good signing in that regard.
Vergier bent some in a crash. Most likely the change is because Rheeder is off Trek, and Trek isn't going to help Title out anymore.
my son rode with the poutine on sunday and he wasn't on a Canyon...
If so thats only one of the two empty spots on the cllctv team taken. Dante might be the replacement for jakob jewett who signed with pivot. The cllctv team might only have 3 riders on it this year. Considering canyon signed pilgrim that might’ve taken some of their budget for a rider similar level as mark. Could be wrong but just a thought
Phil Atwill with 50to01!!
Atwill and Propain riding for 50/01 crew!
I… I think I actually correctly called this!
Greg Williamson on saracen
Anyone know why Greg Minaar isn't out in QT with the rest of the syndicate testing? Feels like its just making it so obvious there's a rift in the team.. especially with peaty's absence as well?
Going to the other side of the world for some training is a young man’s game
Listening to the most recent Vital Pod. It sounds like his neck still isn’t good for MTB. I bet that’s got something to do with it as well.
Malene and Sebastian Fini on Lapierre Mavic Unity with KMC chains aparently
Yes, PB Racing was on Mondraker frames during their pre-season training camp last year. But that was because Santa Cruz (their frame sponsor) couldn't get them their frames in time. So the MS Mondraker team let them borrow some back-up frames. Ben Cathro and Henry Quinney explained it on the PB podcast.
He’s just posted his first mtb ride after the crash recently. I don’t think there’s any chance he’s ready for a training camp trip.
Greg's already in the southern hemisphere (I assume he's home in SA). He doesn't need to travel to NZ to get some summer riding in like the others.
he's catching up with them at the end of the month in Australia
This is going to be great!
Christopher Grice confirmed on Gen-S for 2023
Do you think the XC teams know they don't have to wear their lycra for the photos? I am sure that t shirts printed with sponsor logo's would work fine.
Trek Factory Dh instagram showing Bodhi Khun listed with Kade, Loris and Reece as the team.
GM also hates flying. And it takes at least 3 flights (more likely 4) to get to Queenstown from either Andorra or PMB.
Is there ny mention of Rachael Atherton on that or any other entry lists?
He'll be at Cannonball Festival/Aus national champs in 2 weeks.

CANYON CLLCTV ANNOUNCES MILLE JOHNSET WILL JOIN THEIR DH ROSTER
KOBLENZ, WEDNESDAY 25 JANUARY 2023 – The Canyon CLLCTV is proudly announcing an all-new DH racer in their 2023 line up. Scandinavian shredder Mille Johnset will join Troy Brosnan, Luca Shaw and Dante Silva on the Canyon CLLCTV Factory DH Team.
The 21-year-old Norwegian already has several years of racing and experience under her belt, chalking up multiple Elite victories and podium finishes on the world stage. Growing up just 3 hours from the iconic Hafjell bikepark, Mille began riding Downhill at 11 years old, and less than a year later scored her first National title. Ten years later, Mille has built incredible strength and talent on the bike to become one of the fastest riders in the women’s field.
“Mille has shown huge potential in recent seasons so it’s super exciting to welcome her onto the program. We're looking forward to working with her to unlock even more speed than she already has, helping her to target podium places in the upcoming season.” - Team mentor Fabien Barel is stoked to have Mille on board.
The Canyon CLLCTV DH Team has witnessed some phenomenal results since its inception in 2017, including podium finishes for Luca Shaw, and multiple World Cup wins and podiums for Troy Brosnan. With the addition to Mille to the squad, the team looks set to continue contesting for the top spots throughout this year’s UCI Downhill World Cup Series.
“I am super excited to be joining the CLLCTV. They are one of the best and most professional teams out here in my opinion and it’s an honour to be part of it. For me personally I think it’s the perfect timing to be joining their program. I never been more motivated or wanted it more. Working with the team, people and riders will be super good experience and I’m going to learn a lot. I’ve always been a fan of the Canyon brand and their bikes. Already after just a few weeks I feel so at home on the Sender. I'm super excited to see what we can do in 2023!” said Mille ahead of the 2023 season.
Canyon CLLCTV Factory DH Team is proud to work with some awesome partners on their hunt for podiums around the globe. SRAM, RockShox, Troy Lee Designs, DT Swiss, Maxxis, Crankbrothers, Ergon, E-13, Chris King, Dynamic Bike Care and Maurten will support the team in 2023.
The new season starts on June 8th in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Follow all the action from the team on the Canyon CLLCTV Instagram account.
