The 7spd cassette says april fools. Everything else says 'too polished to be an april fools'...

Anyone know anything about when 7 speed axs is going to drop.
I've worked out you can just swap over a 7 speed cage but i didn't know how you would adjust the shift spacing as the 7 speed cogs are further apart?
Any answers would very helpful

They actually aren’t further apart. The 7spd dh has the same spacing as the 12 spd one. Probably to swap chains easier. Some already had some sort of xo1 dh axs, for example semenuk at crankworx 2019 or so. Just a shorter cage and a bit of programming

The programmers that can help you more or less all work for Sram. Reverse engineering embedded processors and their code is something that is either done by the company from the source or by someone with a LOT of money and interest invested into the problem. Which are boxes that are not ticked by bicycle components.

I saw on a roadie Everesting vid using Shimano di2 and being able to program for 7 speed, probably work with XT di2.

Looks like a Dreadnought. They said when they were releasing it that it’s compatible with double crowns.

Definitely a Dreadnought. You can tell by the “Forbidden” logo on the downtube near the BB.
