wheelbased.com has some good articles on the yeti suspension patents which match the photos of the new bike pretty well so far. More on the overall layout than kinematic specifics, but good reading if you're hunting for more info. He's got a supporting article on the differences between the commencal and yeti 6-bar systems as well, as they're pretty visually similar.

I was reading the (quite good) article on the yeti 6-bar patent over on wheelbased, and this was posted in the comments. Good spot, the user manual for the SRAM e-suspension definitely indicates a "live valve" type arrangement. Seems to be a whole ecosystem, ie you can't just run the shock as that looks to be controlled via the fork mounted part

Hey guys, bummer to see all the hate from a few of you but I guess that’s passionate fans in sporting. Here’s the reality. From my understanding and recent reading of the rules, There is not a rule that says you must petition. A petition just assures that you are considered. The rules basically say that USA cycling will pick, at their discretion, everyone who is not an automatic selection (national champ or top 3 in previous world champs). After that the rules just say that they will basically pick whoever is in the top 50 of the current WC...

Oh, I get it. It's just funny. Like Wheelbased said - there's hundreds of patents that you could write about. Why does Pinkbike only write about the same ones as Wheelbased, and always after the fact? How is it the same thing with bicycle rumours that everything they post has already shown up here? If I were the largest media company in all of cycling, I would make it a point to do things better than everybody else, and not just post an Instagram screen cap, or somebody else's shitty, blurry photo. I mean, if you're going to do it...
