Both. He only weighs 100lbs and had benefited from the fact that, among other hoaxes such as the pandemic and an election, gravity has turned out to be fake and he’s able to travel through space and time uninhibited.

I think a lot of people are just resistant to it dude. Ebikes are pretty fucking weird if you were a hardcore mountain biker before they existed (you know, like 4 years ago). Basically this thing that nobody asked for shows up and completely changes the game at your local riding area. Then the bro riding it just won't shut up about how everybody needs one, like 'we already enjoyed this past time, we don't need to spend more money to have fun.

Lol...tell me about it. You should have to work for every foot you ride on a bike...feel the burn before you earn your drop. I've ridden a MTB for years and probably have more miles under my belt than most. I could have gotten back on a regular bike with no problem. I've done it before with other injuries over the past 30 years of riding and racing MX. But when I tried my buddy's EMTB (Haibike 6.0 Fatty)...that was it...I'm getting an EMTB. Well, I don't get the entire hate e-bike deal at all. Snapped my left leg last year racing MX. Completely severed off both the tib/fib right below the knee. Two operations, a bone graft from my pelvis, two 7" plates and 40 screws later, I can finally do something. The EMTB is a god send. Got me back on the bike again. These things are the future, like it or not. They're here and they aren't going to go away. Most people who hate them have probably never even ridden one. I would never consider a non e bike ever...

Got a Trek Rail 9.7 last Sat from Wheel and Sprocket. Rode it Monday at John Muir here in Wisconsin. I can say without hesitation, that I am very happy with it. For those of you that have never ridden an EMTB...I was on the lowest pedal assist setting (ECO) for about 4 30 minute loops. It feels like someone is pushing you as you ride. Anything over ECO and it was simply too fast for the trails honestly...lol. The bike is friggin incredible. I will never go back to a regular MTB again. It's super quiet, powerful as heck...

Yep, I picked all the parts for this one based on my own preferences. As stated in the article, a lot of the parts have already been tested and reviewed here on the site, so it was really a case of what I wanted to ride for this one (lucky me!). The one exception is the fork, as it is brand new to us I had no prior experience to go off, but it made perfect sense to take this opportunity to review it. I saw an Intend fork in the flesh at the 2018 World Champs in Lenzerheide , as we were sleeping in the parking lot, next to Nina Hoffman's van, who was then on Intend. That fork looked amazing. I think I asked ”may I touch it?”. The last time when I did that was in 1999 and the item of desire was a GT STS Lobo, an absurd bike to have in Eastern Europe during those days. Obviously, I came here to brag that I saw that fork live and was in 2018 in Lenzeheide. Don't mind me. Mx

Not sure that having a baby would necessarily mean an end to a racing career: there are plenty of fathers riding on the WC circuit that still shred and kick asses, I don't see why a mum (furthermore, THIS specific mum) couldn't. Come on guys, we're not living in the 60s any more.

My thoughts exactly, a new hugene. It was the first bike to come with the shock-inside-front-triangle Propain layout and was carbon only all the time, while Propain seems to be embracing Al quite nicely with other models.

Erm, Specialized IS a tire producer, so they kind of are the tire provider for this team. I'm wondering how all of this sits with them, given the fact that they make pretty decent tires. But it also speaks volumes about Loic's leverage over there. Don't forget that the Athertons were also running Maxxis rubber at the peak of Continental's DH tire development and Sharpie Industries was the rubber of choice for many a contending, including but not limited to Aaron Gwin.
