Good article, and the ScootScoop people seem to be realistic about some of the problems. I was in Venice with some family a few months back, and the scooters there were kinda hard to believe. Left everywhere, and some of the people on them were not very stable. I'd totally see it as a risk for safety of other people...

It kinda depends on your definition of 'manual' as far as if pro riders can or can't. to be riding along on flat ground and manual at will, for 100 feet or so, I'd guess half of the pro (gravity) field could do that. Here's the kind of news we've been waiting to hear! F*ck yeah Jared! View this post on Instagram Results in from yesterday’s MRI. Officially cancer free! Now it’s just fully getting over the side effects of chemo which linger a little bit. But Energy levels get better every day. So glad to be past this chapter in my life. That's not irony, that's well informed ranting. Big difference. If they'd use mountain bike tracks instead of bike parks for dh I'd have a really strong case. Want to hang out with me at the northstar one and chase all the racers around with nasal spray and watch them freak out?

What should the governing body do? Not be fucking morons and use this as an opportunity to introduce reality into the system. They know damn well Maes wasn't cheating. And they know damn well he wasn't masking his blood. Yet they're STILL imposing penalty. That's a penalty that's supposed to discourage cheating which they already know he was not doing. That's a flaw in the system that they need to remedy. Chucking Mae's season down the drain over it is bullshit. It's really simple..... event doctor's note. Not your personal Ferrari doc, an independent one. No one can predict injuries...

It might be that the pads lined up slightly low/inside on the rotor surface, and he spaced it up to make it contact on the uppermost/outside of the rotor. A little more leverage and power going out a bit? So long as the pads aren't over the top (which we can't really know from the photo) this might just be an optimized setup for power.

Crashed and blew the lever out, and didn't want to disassemble it to put everything back before race. The zip tie made the brake work just fine before taking it all apart to put the spring back properly.

3 reasons. 1. because 97.5 is a radio station. B. "reverse mullet" is breaking our community apart and we need to come together. III. beavis and butthead would laugh at 69er. if we need to go to court over it, our lawyers said that the "6" could come from "650b" and we'd probably have the case thrown out.
