I was thinking the same thing when looking at the pics. My Ohlins 36 coil has very subtle and almost perfectly smooth graphics (either paint or transfer decals). These look like generic stickers you would send to a budget online shop. I generally pull all the decals off when I get new forks, as they just look like crap. Looks like Ohlins is on par with its competition for that now.

Grew up in Cave Creek lol Live on the east coast now, we have these lovely invasive vines that are covered in rose bush type thorns. Having something free floating in front of your bars is an invitation to get snagged and rip the bars straight out of your hands. Having done the moto hand guards, these just bend out of the way, as shown in the video above.

If I was paying £1k+ for a fork then I'd expect better decals. My £600 Manitou Mezzers have far better looking decals.

Man, common. If you want to share your opinion, you have to expect that someone will disagree. No one is burning you at the stake. Don't be so melodramatic. If you were a true "diehard" Transition fan you wouldn't be jumping ship so quickly. Oh and, this site is noting like PB.

I think this is a very cool bike with Geo that is spot on , especially for an E-bike. That said I hate what E-bikes represent. To me it is a cheat code that violates the unwritten ethos of MTB riders out in the wild grunting and improving their fitness in pursuit of a beautiful experience. Nothing pisses me off as a grind a climb and some E-biker buzzes by me like I am standing still. No skin off my nose, I get it. Probably envy on my part. New here but not new elsewhere necessarily. The reviews from Vital are just so good compared to other review sites. I think it builds trust and I will be back to read/watch more when it comes time to purchase again. Ebike/non-ebike aside, the quality and depth of product review on this site is fantastic- thumbs up from me.

I would bet $100 that GG is working on an e-bike. I would guess it will be pretty rad, too! They make solid products, and their in-house manufacturing will likely lend to refinements that some of the big players haven't gotten right. I'm all in for both e-bikes and bikes. Different flavors of the same rad entertainment.

I never really got this mentality. Plenty of brands make crap I don’t want to ride or use. But they might make a product I want, so i get said product. Just don’t buy what you don’t want to buy. E-bikes are just money to be made for these companies. I think they are kind of stupid. I completely agree about not using motorized equipment on non motorized areas.

Looking forward to the day when mountain bike companies admit running cables through the headset bearings was laughably stupid and go back to cable routing that doesn't lock customers into proprietary headsets and higher maintenance costs. But unfortunately we probably have a rough few years ahead of us as companies try to push this bullshit. I thought Transition was better than that.

Why oh why are Transition using the crap Acros headsets. The amount of times I've worked on a bike (ex bike shop mechanic) with internal routing and found a rusted BB due to water ingress is laughable.

Front derailleurs are still very popular in the Euro bike scene. That might not be the case in America but the world doesn't revolve around America.

Looks pretty reasonable, I'm surprised Rossi stuck with it after some misses the last few years but they seem to be determined to make this happen. This is a solid first full line up.
