5/27/2025 12:05am Hi Darren, the serial number for the fork is 9.101563. No alterations, it is exactly as delivered by PUSH. Just 4 hours of ride time and a full tear down.

5/27/2025 12:05am What is the serial number on that fork? With our inverted design, we use a film of incompressible hydraulic fluid (fork oil) that acts as a bearing between the stanchion tube and the fork bushing. We're able to achieve this as the fluid naturally gravitates towards the bushings with gravity. With the bushing at its minimum ID tolerance, and the stachion at its maximum tolerance, there is still a diametrical clearance between the two components. If the stanchion is touching the fork bushing in a dry state, like what is shown in this video, then something is incorrect. During assembly...

5/23/2025 9:42pm Good question. Slight tangent, but I’ve been toying with the idea of launching a monthly podcast where I unpack stuff like this. I didn’t think people would care, but when you break it down in a way that maps to our world, it actually seems to land. And honestly, it’s way easier for me to riff on this in audio form than hammer it out on a keyboard. Anyway, I read through the last few pages of comments, good to see Revel back from the dead, by the way. I’ll probably share more thoughts on that later (maybe). For now...

5/23/2025 9:38pm Sven, you're the best. Thanks for the detailed breakdown. Don't know where else in the universe we would be able to see this info.

5/23/2025 9:38pm For the media it is even more difficult another 4 (28 days) stand alone EDR World Cups. Although a few are on those "week off" dates.

5/23/2025 9:38pm There are most definitely more issues. There is a change in LAW and regulation moving forward of the EU using Eitas system more accurately tracking visitors days. (no more hoping the border agent gives up counting all your days with the multitude of entry/exit stamps in your passport. There is a change with having more World Cups in this calendar year. There is a change this year in scheduling in having more "inconvenient" (from a travel logistics perspective) one week gaps. There is a change in the level of professionalism and pressure in results from the top World Series teams...

5/19/2025 4:49pm Plenty of people are out there pedaling dual crown forks around or converting their forks to coil. If it performs well nobody will give two shits what it weighs.

5/19/2025 4:47pm It still says prototype on the Fox page. I imagine everything gets a serial and data page whether it gets to production or not. I have to say I find it an odd choice from Fox to go the usd route. I feel this will most likely be a limited qty thing rather than full blown offering to replace the 38.

5/19/2025 11:15am And I am impressed with Oisins result on regular non-mud tyres. He was running Kryptotals front and back on a track that definitely warranted mud or at least intermediate spikes… What a talent

5/12/2025 10:57pm Hey I'm back (with Rocky). I might post a bit less here as I navigate current state of the bike industry; I've got a mountain of work to get through after being away from it all for 5 months. Thanks for the well wishes.

5/11/2025 2:43pm I'm still part of the Rocky Mountain team, so no immediate impact for me, for now. Thanks for asking! Still a lot of unknowns right now, which is normal considering the whole restructuring and change of ownership. I'll learn more next week and in the following ones. For warranty parts, my understanding is that it'll be a shift towards a more industry standard process of having prepainted parts in stock. Like you said, it had it's pros and cons.
