You are mistaken about the forces involved in the CE test. It is not a high impact test. The CE impact test is only 50 Joules, and that is very easily generated in a bounce test on concrete. 12/11/2025 4:59am I'm light an I'm overpowered with my levo gen3. But I was hesitant if the fazua would be strong enough plus the reliability and rattling issues. I want my next bike to be lighter to get a more analoge feel but it's questionable if it will be possible to go much lighter with a quickly removable battery.

I test rode the HPR 50 on a trek slash+ and it felt pretty weak for me at 225 lbs. 300 lbs is 25% more weight and the motor only has 20% more torque.

11/22/2025 4:09am Wouldn't bigger/longer knobs just make it less of an Allrounder and make it grip worse on compact surfaces? The number on trait of that thread design is that you are never really on the wrong tire apart from extrem circumstances.

Radials have been worth it for me. I love the damped feel they offer. On a MM supersoft trail casing front and Albert soft trail casing rear, running 22psi front, 24psi rear. They grip well, roll well, and dampen chatter better than anything I've ridden. No wooden feel like a Maxxis DH casing and roll much faster than a Maxxis DH casing. I'd love to see some new tread designs from Schwalbe with these casings. The Magic Mary knobs seem to be a little small and could use an update, but still enough grip for me. The Albert side knobs...

Did you guys get advice from someone in the know about German bankruptcy laws? (I haven't heard the podcast yet) But I think they differ significantly from us law. I think even a bit lighter than my levo gen3 S4 with the 500 wh battery and it was more fun to ride in certain situations. Like it felt snappier...

If I'd choose this damper for an ebike do I just add the additional weight to my body weight? Does mrp specify this? Like it's kinda hard to tell with the variables. Also being kitted out adds a lot of weight...

11/8/2025 12:03am The bosch cx 4 where you can't change the assist modes feels very unnatural. Yes it's powerful but the eco is very weak and everything else pulls you forward. So as a light rider you're kinda inclined to ride faster than you want. Didn't feel like cycling to me. Browse is much better.

I finally got my own Relay working exactly how I'd like and legitimately might just keep it as a spare rather than give it away. Last night I swapped the LED hub and the controller to the new version as my original controller was shot. The new one is much nicer. The Antidote I ordered some time back, is pretty late, and at the moment I'm not feeling super stoked on trying to dial in a new platform.
