Still have it in (collarbone), but that's because its only been in there since august 2023. Doc's 2 cents are "leave it in unless its severely bothering you.". So far so good on that. Have 2 plates and 16 or so screws. Bone was in 2 very pronounces pieces with a number of fragments. Damn road bikes. Very glad i got the hardware and didn't leave it to heal on its own. Following to see what others experiences.

Let's just call Greg's interview what it was - all sales /hype - whereas Neko has pretty much shown he isn't trying to bullshit anyone. Reminds me of when Syndicate went from SRAM/RockShox to Fox - "oh it's the best thing out there!" Steve... Didn't you just say like last week how incredible your suspension was performing?

I am going to spell it out for everyone here that has less experience with Trolls. Someone is purposefully saying silly things to rile you up, just ignore it. Do not reply. Not even a little bit. Just let the stupid comment die in the wind. Then it wont be fun for them anymore and maybe, if we are lucky, we can move on with our lives

Sure thing, sorry I will try to figure out how to turn that messages option back on here. This is a great mobility flow routine for mountain biking, in the video he does it from a standing position, but I would suggest to start it from the traditional "downward dog" yoga pose after doing some foot pedals (to get the achilles and calves stretched out) then you go into the his stretching routine. My one piece of advice for most riders to make their bikes less tiring and more forgiving is to speed up your rebound. Most mountain bikers run their rebound way too slow because they want to make the bike feel stable and predictable in the car park, but that means the suspension isn't able to move freely on trail. If your rebound is too slow, especially on your fork, your suspension will pack down into the harder part of the spring curve and beat up your hands and legs. Find a rougher track and open your rebound 3 clicks on...
