I grabbed those dirt cheap Pearl Izumis from Jenson and they were fine. I used to use G Forms which were okay, particularly when they were cheaper, but I saw someone take a rock between the padding and decided to avoid Gform lol (plus they got stupid expensive) As much as I love hard shell pads, I would avoid them for elbows. Haven't found a good one yet. Tend to be really uncomfortable. If I were going to try I would go for those Leatt hybrid ones. That said, money no issue, if I wanted what looks like the best...

Ebikes erase hills, headwinds, and polls. DH bike and an eeb. Dealer’s choice on the eeb, they’re all better than every pedal bike. Easy peasy!

How is this different from the Vampire bike? lol they look pretty darn close in my eyes but I'm not an engineer so 🤷♂️. Was this the "other" canfield brother who made this?

I did end up going with the +1 degree headset but hopefully they redo the spire in the next year or so and correct the geo mistakes they made on the first model. OR maybe just save up all my money and...

I set up a Spire with a +2 angle set and 27.5 rear wheel (low setting) for my son in law. We were looking for ride characteristics similar to my Raww Madonna V3 (also with 27.5 rear) and we are pleased with the results.

I think what you might be looking for is called a RAAW Madonna. But I would just try a 1.5, then you can use both positions at the shock and not be so low or try a 27.5 rear wheel in the high position and not be too far off of stock.
