I used to have a book by Jobst Brandt sp? called The Bicycle Wheel that covers all of the math. Loaned it to an engineering student cyclist and never saw it again.

I just got back from a week long trip to whistler where due to some family issues (sick pet) and friends cancelling last minute, I was mostly riding alone. Thanks! Yeah is a full dh build, 75mm stroke, 215 travel. Can be converted to 180 with the short link swap.

I’m just guessing here, but it’s possibly the same way they did it for the Pro 4. End result is wider flange that overhangs their standard hg driver. That’s how a lot of shimano 7 speed dh setups were done 10 years ago.

Thank you man! Fortunately the Goodridge brake lines have a thin rubberized coating over them that does not harm frames.

omg you got D.O.P.E, sick build bro, really like the colour of the frame so much ! btw a thought, beware of braided hose on bare aluminium :D if you know what i mean :D not good, a piece of rubber line or something to avoid deep trenches :D
