I don't need any clarification, i've bought four 11-6 shocks and two 9.1 forks from them, and had them serviced and two shocks re valved. I know the drill. The overall impression of the 9.1 fork is that its a coil, rides like a coil. It will never have the "pop" of an air spring and an air spring will never have that linear cloud like feel of a coil. They are different tools for different jobs.

Funny, I'm going the opposite way. Have 9.1, about to throw on the Podium. Agree, PUSH quality and finish is a cut above the dare I say "pedestrian" Fox products, but what i'm going for is a bit more pop. The 9.1 is a fantastic product, best fork i've ridden to date for point-and-shoot. The podium will be different, its air, so I expect it to ride a bit like a better damped 38.

1/23/2026 7:14pm I've got around 20 different carbon bars in my shed, used them all. The new V2 OneUp carbon is a bit too flexy for me, the V1 is the sweet spot. The Enve M7 is noticeably stiffer than the OneUp V1 or V2, so much that i've ditched it for the M6 31.8. Renthal and Deity are well constructed, but...

Guarantee their are individuals out there that have. These people are often too busy playing with bike builds and working to afford said parts to take the time and write articles for the rest of us. I have not ran into a single user yet that didnt like the old flash. Sure this is just as solid + more.

This has a 20mm steel axle though, so a ti 20mm axle would be lighter...

I’m curious why they didn’t go with a Ti axle. Good place to save weight and this isn’t a budget product, I don’t think any potential consumers would not buy if it was $100 more
