Few points to consider here. First, the bike community seems to really want an F1 style world cup circuit. Something that spans the globe, features more races than we currently have, is covered extensively and is fun to watch. You know what that takes? Money. A lot of money. Second, there seems to be perpetual bitching and moaning about the poor pay, lack of healthcare, etc for all racers at the highest level (well, almost all racers). Hi all, I love the Vital Raw World Cup videos, but I've always been mildly annoyed that the rider names aren't on the screen, and since the plate numbers change every race I'm always somewhat puzzled by who exactly is doing what. But like I said, I really like the videos and don't feel it's my place to ask for anything extra. So I threw together a quick website that just shows all the rider plate numbers, and when you press/click on the plate number, the rider name comes up. It's optimized for mobile and I just threw it together...

you already have a wired display next to the shifter and the motor controller. why would you need your shifter to be wireless? or do you want 3 extra extra batteries for the controller, the display and the shifter?

I'd say you guys in Switzerland are very lucky that bikes are integrated into your mass transport system. Bus stations, train stations, heck, even your airports are absolutely open to multimodal travel (bike, e-scooter, e-bike, etc). The buses have bike racks, the trains have places to hold a bike, train and bus stations have really good bike parking too. Heck, you can take a bike from a major city to a bike park in the mountains without needing a car! Zurich to Lenzerheide on mass transport is about 2 hours which is pretty good (high-speed train and then a bus)...

stop the comments of the technically challenged. the cables are routed UNDER the stem, covered by plastic. they go down IN FRONT of the headset bearing, just like on their road bikes. inform yourself properly before commenting stupid shit next time, makes you look less like a luddite…
