8/23/2019 2:41pm Love you Stik but this is a bit of a misread IMO. I can go to TJ Max and get a super durable pair of jeans for about $20. They'll outlast any DH pant I've ever had. Do they function as well? Heck no! They don't breath, are heavy and can cause some serious chafing issues! He was just being honest, and explaining why he races in jeans. As home_piece said, it could be an opportunity for a soft goods company, especially if he finds his way onto the podium next year. You could also make some seriously funny jokes...

6/27/2019 12:38pm Yeah, you are probably right. Everyone knows Martin intentionally gashed his leg, got it infected THEN took a masking agent so he could dope. Was all part of the master plan... cmon dude, there would be no astrix for some dude taking a medicine that by two doctors' account was 100% required for the dude to keep an infection from spreading. It didn't give him any edge whatsoever. It also isn't a masking agent for all doping... Common sense...it appears to allude most of us these days.

5/23/2019 2:38pm I’d rather you lied to us and not publicly pointed your finger at John. It doesn’t have to be anyone’s fault, it’s just part of racing @ the top level. The End.

5/23/2019 2:37pm Why on earth would a top WC rider have "defect" cranks from "3 years ago" laying around? Such a lame response... Own up that the jump was overshot...move on.

5/21/2019 6:01pm I shoulda been more descriptive and explained things better in that initial comment so that I'm not having to go back and clarify now. I answered a lot of these same accusations in the other responses I made on that same Instagram post but I'll give ya guys the goods too. I was just frustrated honestly. I had just got a message from the guys at Mountain creek who took the video respectfully telling me that they weren't going to send the video around, which was kind of them. One of the guys had sent it to someone else and...

Verbl Kint Liked a forum topic Is the 29 / 27.5 combo (97.5) bike here to stay?
3/22/2019 10:06pm "Business in front, party in the back!" The UCI reversed its policy of banning mixed wheelsizes late last year for DH and Enduro. Within weeks, several teams experimented pairing a 29" front wheel with a 27.5" rear wheel, notably, Specialized, GT, and Polygon. Neko Mullaly tested a reverse mullet build on his Tues, 2 years after trying it out on his old Gambler "Frankenbike". In recent times, there have been a few intrepid manufacturers who actually designed and released 97.5 gravity bikes, like Foes and Liteville. Reviews were generally positive but no discernible data has been released comparing it to...

11/27/2018 3:59pm I would like to disagree with your last point. Enduro is a much different sport than Road, there is a hell of a lot more skill, talent and bike tech required to do well in Enduro so most PED's have less of an effect on overall performance. It's a younger sport so there has been less time to build that upper-edge finding mentality, I was all over the place in my first few years trying to figure out how to be faster. So much to try and learn about the sport that supplements were the least of my worries. Anyways...

11/27/2018 3:56pm at Stickman: yeah, hindsight is always 20/20. People admitting to making a mistake in the past does not automatically mean they will make that mistake again, nor does it imply that poor judgement is ensured each and every time. The fact that Jeff even mentions it gives him credit in my book, while taking an obvious cheap shot not remotely progressing the thread like you did does not - it is just petty. The sheer and utter depravity, callousness and cynicism of the Armstrong program was and continue to being mind numbing, and to liken his case to what has...

7/6/2018 9:45am here's what lee trumpore just sent --- Qualis was shit show. Sun all morning then torrential rain in the 30 min between jr men quali and start of women. Myriam got hurt in practice so poor Rachael had to drop in first to a super slick track with zero lines cut into it. Gwin crashed in practice and hurt his thumb again, he was planning to run until about 10 min before start when a second round of rain rolled in so he just broke the beam and called it a day.

4/4/2018 3:13pm Some pretty ignorant comments below. I have owned my Taniwha since August last year. Like all new tech it took a little while for the shifting to become second nature. Its not as intuitive as the trigger shifter but everything works well. I'd say if anything - the grip shifter is a little harder on descents rather than climbs. When going up the gear range is ridiculous and you only have to take the weight off the cranks a moment to grab another gear. But then consider the fact you can shift whilst free wheeling or static or shift multiple...
