You only have to drill one hole to run a stealth dropper on an old bike. I bet that cable really affects the ride, throws you off balance and whatnot.

Wireless things on something that's literally attached to the thing it's getting the signal from, and you have to charge a battery on a human powered vehicle. Just imagine if they could make it powered by your thumb and require no battery? Then it might go along with the whole bicycle thing.

It is available on the site last time I checked, you can ask frm any questions I do not work for them. Since you work for bike yoke, can you tell me where / who does your testing? I have seen the fmr at cape epic, marathon and xc wc, etc... It is much lighter and 60mm is what pro xc and marathon use.

I like that they are putting threaded bottom brackets back on bikes. I don't have a large issue with press fit, but threaded is much easier to service!

Comparing the majority of companies median customer base (where they make money) with the needs and skills of Rampage and Fest makes no sense at all. However, riders like you wanting a modern 26” bike could easy slap the wheels on a 27.5” frame and with offset bushings, angle set, and fork travel can get there quick. I know it’s nice to not have to do those small tweaks but you have to expect that when your needs are not what the majority is asking for.
