These stupid Mo-peds (that's what they are) are hurting trail access for ALL mtb'er's.

Unless you're disabled or over 75 years old, get your fat ass in shape, learn to ride, and pedal, suffer, push to the top. If you're one of those, "they're so fun! you don't get...more

Who thought it is a good idea to use 50 shades of grey and Orange/More Orange/Kinda Red colours for those graph lines? :D

Otherwise it's super interesting stuff. Especially the trends over time.
Also funny to see how much money US people get thrown at them. My bike is...more

Then you really will have spent enough.

There should be zero 'requirement' or quota for a team to sponsor any ratio of genders (or any other factor). The only protocol for sponsorship should be a mutual agreement between each racer and the sponsoring company. The company's perceived value ... more »

I don't know too many people who do climbing in a 34/18 gear. What does that AS graph look like at a more realistic 30/50?
If my guess is correct it is well below 100% in the sag target.

I'm super confused because everybody in this post has a valid viewpoint. The "See Bruni's winning run" was the worst though. I should think Vital, etc would NOT put the winners name in thr title because it would force the reader to have to CLICK the article... and take the BAIT to find out who won? So...more

I've broken 3 alloy frames over the years, two steel. Zero carbon. I worked in a shop for a decade..numerous cracked alloy/steel bikes
Everything can break and crack. Maybe because more people are riding carbon noe? The fear of carbon is unfounded.

The V10 (not even the CC model) with pretty much the same build is $8200, new Demo (alloy) with same build kit is $6500. Demo 8 carbon frame is $4k, Trek just marked the top end Session down to $7600 from $8400 so it's right in line with Carbon competition at same or similar build spec. Intense Pro build is $10k, $7700 for the next line down, Only thing that really is that level and substantially less is Commencal at $5500 for the 2020 Supreme similar build. On the Devinci Wilson, similar build at $6600. I don't count YT since they are always sold out and come with e13 garbage.

1.8" steerer tube because those extra 10kg on those ebikes affects front flex more than variation in rider weight...Not like you couldn't just go for a dual crown either, eh? Who are these idiot engineers? Do they think we are complete morons?
