Watched it when it came out. Nick works for Shimano. Did you think he’d say, you can realize a large percentage of the improvements by simply swapping fluid? You didn’t answer the question. FWIW, my OEM SLX 4 pots have been issue free and not required me to try anything. And I probably have a lifetime supply of the old stuff.

It's only loud because the way the chainstays are super low and the derr body can hit the stays. Is Saint long in the tooth? Yep. However, rock solid, always works and I think Tahnee and many other podium level DH World Cup riders do just fine with it.

I’ve never heard of Saint drivetrain being loud before. The bike seems interesting, and it’s pretty rad you can choose your own color.

looks like great bike. similar in many ways to my fuel exe-I run a 160mm 38 fork ,with a 65mm stroke shock giving 152mm of rear travel and its mullet. the tq motor and battery are perfect for what I need,which is a bit of assistance whilst largely maintaining the handling characteristics of a non e bike.With a range extender i can still get 1400m of climbing if I ride moslty in eco and trail mode which is plenty enough for this old chook!
