You must have a much different leg/torso ratio than me. I'm 6' 3" with a 150mm dropper on a Patrol frame. 150mm drop is plenty low for me but I could fit 175mm on this frame just barely.

You only have to drill one hole to run a stealth dropper on an old bike. I bet that cable really affects the ride, throws you off balance and whatnot.

Sweet, they somehow magically made it work with no battery. Good to see some real companies still coming out with real, useful products.

Hm. Maybe I'm lucky with my Reverb, but I haven't had a single problem with it in 9 months of riding. No bleeds, no lock outs, no hot weather problems (90 degree summer), no cold weather problems (snow rides).
At some point I might put a Wolf Tooth on it because I hate the...more
You have a hose for your brake, tell me a disadvantage to the dropper cable that attaches cleanly to that hose?

Remind me why we need wireless derailleur/post actuation? ohh... that's right we don't #gohomeSramyourdrunk
Wireless things on something that's literally attached to the thing it's getting the signal from, and you have to charge a battery on a human powered vehicle. Just imagine if they could make it powered by your thumb and require no battery? Then it might go along with the whole bicycle thing.

You're hilarious. I'm impressed that there's so many Sram employees moderating the comments with up/down votes. This is only a product for Outerbike/Ebike/Yuppie types. If you have something on your mountain bike that you have to charge besides a headlight, go find a different sport.

Another vomit inducing product by the out of touch corporate MTB industry.

Guess I’m a fool for hoping they’d bring back the Uprising and Undead at some point.. must be nice to be a 29’er fan these days
Have heard of warranty issues with them, which scared me away because I don't have the disposable income to risk it. A rider told me that you have to pay crash replacement price for things that should have been covered in a standard manufacturer defect warranty. Same rider also told me he loves the way the bike rides.

I didn't really like Intense bikes anyway, so it doesn't matter that this brand has eliminated all possibility of me ever buying one of their bikes now.
Nothing about any ebike is a good sign.
The new colors are great, nice and simple unlike the '18 two tone. Although I've just bought an '18 Ponderosa Green and liking the two tone more than I thought I would.

Great podcast from a great bike company. As a Deity fanboy, I was pleasantly surprised by the ANVL stuff that came stock on my new Patrol: first bike I have ever owned that I didn't need to switch the bars/stem out. Radical bikes from a rad group of people.
I demoed a Sentinel at REEB ranch in Brevard last year. I went straight back to the Transition tent after my first descent on the bike, and informed them that the Sentinel was the best-descending trail bike I'd ridden (still stand by that). My stoke got them stoked, and...more
