for anyone that didn't get to read it in time, it basically says this Candian bike shop, Dunbar, is providing financial support to get the Forbidden team to the World Cups, after the Forbidden CEO reached out to them and said they were struggling. So the team is basically the same as Forbidden Synthesis, same sponsors and everything, but Dunbar is helping them to afford their spot at the World Cups, like travel and race entries; funding their season.

Vampire is not really a "fad" bike in the sense you're making it to be. Chris has a patent on multiple pivot locations and you get 3 bikes in one - classic low pivot, medium height and proper high pivot.

Heard from a little birdie that Forbidden has a couple riders lined up that will be announced soon, not exactly sure who but allegedly it will put them top 15 on points easily Edit- IMHO It would make sense that at least one of which would probably be female as they're light on that front. Probably one to replace Brook as well.

I have had a frame or two that lower link bearings wouldn't stay very fresh in. I put them in said link and they were bullet proof. I don't understand why they need to be $50 though. I'd use them in all my pivot locations and headtube if they were half as much.

Wonder if McDownhill “Kirk” will still be with the team in the pits as the engineer ?

There was an interview with Sacki sometime around the release of the latest n greatest Reverb where he related Sram asking him for a post and he mistakenly thought there was the potential for a licensing arrangement. Turns out it was for reverse engineering purposes to find a way to circumvent his patents. Sure it happens and woe for assuming, but not even paying for the thing is a poor showing.
