It’s a one off front end made by Adam Prosise out of Colorado. Replicated geo and kinematics from Session R2 in 25% leverage ratio. I really like the Session platform but thought the frame was much too rigid compared to the Supreme V5 (which has the most fore/aft compliance I’ve ever felt in a frame and softest lateral rear end). So I wanted to see how the kinematic would feel on a more compliant chassis. Overall for my style of riding, speed and track type it’s been working great! I’m currently riding a steel front end with aluminum rear off a Trek session. Great combination! Similar to that Vampire, different rear axle location/layout. Fun bike!

I'm gonna disagree. For better or worse, Walmart-related money is responsible for Bentonville MTB being a thing. However, I don't think there's a huge risk of that investment drying up or their interest in cycling suddenly stopping. Their headquarters are in Bentonville and they're trying to making as desirable as possible for highly-skilled tech workers (and others) to move there...

Looks like the discussion has progressed past this idea/solution, but I use the supplemental air bag things in my Passat. Works good.

Fit4 is eliminated and grip and grip x are the better options now. The grip 1 from rhythm fork is a very good damper specially for lighter rider. And yes any of the new one can be retrofit in your chassis.

The grip X is approx 100g lighter than a grip damper, so between that and the airspring, and the new lowers, it gets down there.

Yes, the HSR tunes are different. People just don't find rebound graphs nearly as exciting.

Basically. There are 5 paired HSC and HSR shim stacks (tunes), and the damper provides external LSC and LSR adjustment.

i think we had 14 new bikes/products go live on the homepage yesterday and the week isn't over yet. not sure why that whole "launch on tuesday" thing is so real.
