I was going to private message you but you have it turned off. I don’t disagree wcs needed their fields cut down for logistical reasons. I do disagree greatly with how the eso is doing it. And disagree greatly that their goals align in reality with riders best interests. Calling commencal a family team is like calling Koch industries a family business. And that’s not a rip on max commencal. He is good for the sport. But you wouldn’t call specialized a family team if it was sinyard bikes. You wouldn’t call Santa Cruz a family team when roskopp was coming to the races. I have created a spreadsheet with rumors on it in an attempt to calculate the points that each team will have going into 2025 and which teams will be world series teams (since this year the rankings are based on rider points). I do not have better info than anyone else, I am simply reading the forums. So it's shuttling with extra steps. Not only do I need the 20k side-by-side but a truck and trailer to go with and someone to drive it back down the hill after dropping me off. I've never felt so free.

Yeah obviously Brett's rallying in all the shots to show off how cool the Defender is but nothing in the video isn't accessible at a reasonable speed by a small 2000ish SUV like a 4runner, YJ, or R50 pathfinder with a 4-6 bike rack. Obviously I'm happy when MTB people are getting their bag from companies outside the sport but I fail to see why you'd want this over something that can be plated for the application.
