He actually kind of has a point. Think of it this way, there was a leak, caused by either an employee or a dealer. And those happen all the time, it's just a question who you share information you're privy to. Some pople just don't care and post the stuff on the internet. Damn, poor Marine, it sounds terrible. A friend I used to work with had it in march. She's 29, super healthy, no previous respiratory issues. West coast surfer/climber girl who was finishing up law school with honors. 6 months later and shes still dealing with issues and says it feels like shes breathing with a weight on her chest all the time. Scary shit, sure you'll likely be fine, and the chances of dying is low, but there's also ending up with a debilitating respiratory issue for life.

I feel like Jack is one of the younger fast and loose racers still. I'm sure he can find a room or van and rock it for the winter. As well narrowly not having a team this year may be pushing him to push his worth to Canyon for giving him the last minute shot. I'm stoked AF to see what he can do this year away from the Gwin-tense team that seemed to crush his spirit a bit last year.

Yea that doesn't sound worth it at all. Do some media projects for the season, local races and train. Is Troy racing? I haven't heard anything about him yet.

Currently Australian citizens or permanent residents you cannot leave Australia due to COVID-19 restrictions unless you have an exemption. Travel insurance is hard to secure. The numbers of returning citizens have been capped, there are very limited flights currently available to and from Australia and many people have not be able to travel back to Australia due to the limited flights. I think most people judge bikes before they even sort out their spring rates. "This bike pedals like crap." 40% sag. "This bike is really soft and dead feeling." No volume spacers. "This bike is really bad on steep trails." Fork too soft. "It's so harsh on rough trails." Also fork too soft.

Riders should have to pass a test on the effects of low and high speed damping before being allowed to buy a modern shock. It's crazy to me that even at some bike shops this remains a mystery. There are SO many people out there on crazy expensive bikes with complete garbage tunes.

I agree "This bike sucks" is a common note to many current super bikes because someone doesn't know how to tune their shock. Most people can barely be trusted with adjustable air/preload and low speed rebound adjustments.

I know Trek is one of the largest bike brands in the world. But can I just say, as someone who has been mountain biking since 1995, I have never once been "wow'd" by a single Trek design. They are like the vanilla ice cream of the bike world. And my lack of excitement for them always gets increased with all the proprietary crap.
