I worked as a brewer at a brewery and also did a bit of time as a homebrewer. Lots of Belgian-style beers that called for some spritely carbonation which inevitably means some of them become too carbonated. I'd be wearing goggles if I needed to pop one of those things open. I'm sort of surprised there hasn't been an incident yet!

5atm is the standard. Prosecco is usually around a high 3. @Loisfer yes, sparkling wines have an unwritten standard coming from most places.

The fact that those bottles were in peoples mouths to get them open scares the heck out of me as a wine professional. Also says a lot for whoever made those bubbles. If someone can get a screen shot, let me know. Not going to carry that product, must have only been like 2 atmospheres of pressure in those bottles...

As long as there are tacos around is all good. You can't go wrong with tacos, even bad tacos are better than no tacos. Bikes are just bonus items for tacos.
