Shredline Bike Co. Eden LE Prototype 5
Parts
General Info
One of three overbuilt test bikes. Carbon main triangle tubing and full CNC everything else.
Our own Ghost Link floating suspension system.
All systems checked out perfect and it rides exactly how we wanted it so we are now working on production models. All 100% US made. Our machine shop is in MN and assembly will be done at Bare Innovations in VT (they did a bunch of stuff for Vermont Sports Car as well as GT in the past).
We took out about 3lbs from the CNC parts so with swapping to Manitou fork, an air rear shock (EXT or Fox maybe), and a few other lighter bits (wheels/tires/bar),we can get the bike down to 40 which we feel is reasonable for a bike like this.
The Eden LE has eight different travel configurations depending on the length and stroke shock. One bike can be an aggressive trail bike all the way to a DH/park ripper.
I'm stoked how it came out, it is ridiculously smooth. We have raced it DH at Angel Fire and have been riding the **** out of it on some secret trails in Colorado and Vermont.
