Yeah, don't know the rationale behind not having integrated reach adjustment. Maybe they don't think it's a big enough issue. Works and Wolftooth make 2-degree angle headsets that will work with a 49-49 HT, and Works make a 7mm reach offset headset for that HT as well. I do like the adjustable dropouts.

It's likely due to clearance since they're recommending 46mm OS Crowns. If you have ever tried to run short OS DC on a chunky carbon HT there's not much steering angle clearance. I would imagine a carbon 56mm straight HT would hit 46mm boxxer crowns pretty quickly.

The "free money machine" is turned off, kinda, but it's not like it's business armageddon because the Fed raised the interest rate. The current Fed Rate is 5.5% and, historically, that's not crazy. It's kind of mind blowing to me if he really does move to Norco, given how he was basically given free reign on the new V10 development (and didn't like the HP proto), plus all the other component changes. For someone as picky as him, that's a massive amount of change.

Good thought. But I think longer CS for women is counterproductive in a way, let me try to explain. The longer the CS the more it loads up the front tyre. Now this is all well and good on a smooth trail, but when it becomes rough, the rider needs to be able to keep themselves up and supported. You tend to run more pressure/compression too in a bike with longer CS as the lever effect is heightened, again I would imagine this is not ideal for women. Great question! The tough thing about chainstay length is that there are very different camps on this topic, even within people of a certain height. I'm a tall person who swears by long chainstays, but lots of tall people hate them. So while it makes sense to have size specific chainstays so RC grows proportionately with FC, if they're not adjustable, your CS number's still not going to please everyone. The sv8 is a cool product, it'll sell loads to dudes with levo's I'm sure. I don't quite get the limited off the shelf tunes with how resistant they are to sell/configure an 11.6 for bikes that are not in their catalog or they don't have data on.
