Give us eye candy. Not nauseating, distracting bullshit. People suffer from debilitating seizures from this crap. Just STOP! Thankfully I don't, I'm just significantly annoyed. I just want to read content. Isn't that what we're about?

I was so stoked when they announced it, and thought it was insane. Too much stuff to list, but some absolutely nutty stuff in there. Zink's opening flip, DJ closing 3, Brage's whole video. I enjoyed all the videos, big props to all the riders and everyone involved in making them happen. Hoping that it got enough attention and views that they will do the contest again. I pay attention to the Real Ski stuff too, but don't know exactly how it works. I think that gold and fan favorite get automatic invites back the next year? Could be wrong...

Sounds like you have a set-up that's working for you. Not necessarily any need to change it. I rode tubes longer than many for reasons similar to what you listed. Once I switched to tubeless tires, I did find I could run lower pressures without pinch-flatting, and this improved the grip of my tires as well as the overall ride quality. Tire sealant is not infallible but it has saved me from small goathead-type punctures more than a few times. Less rotating weight is a small advantage, too--although depending on what tires/casings you choose, this may not be very relevant...

Hi guys, Covid lockdown period in Europe was tough so I started my own project for a supension diy data logger, and after some fails i got an acceptable result I am using micro LiDar sensor for both front and rear suspension. Front sensor is integrated into the stem and it weigth much less than a proper potentiometer Rear sensor attached directly to the shock and pointing to the frame I am running with very raw case and cabling by now to test on the bike behavior but i am quite happy with the results...

That is shock top out due to the lack of rebound damping. It needs to go back to the manufacturer or to an authorized service center for repair. Sorry.

I thought I would share a little geo analysis tool I made as a side project while testing out some new web tools. It lets you see how all the little cockpit mods, wheel size changes, and fork swaps will impact your bike geo and fit. You can also create a few bikes to compare side by side. Great for letting you know just how bad that mullet conversion plan of yours is. synGeo

The scary part isn't the distance when I watch it. The room for zero error is though. Damn near flat ground surrounding that mini-kick lander. If he misses the lip, I don't even know if he'd BOUNCE. Just stick straight into ground bone by bone.

I'm all for innovation but... why? I just feel like they we're so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. That being said, I will admit that it is kind of cool.

Primoz Liked a forum topic Are Upside-Down forks really flexy?

1/8/2021 2:44pm
It was last spring, in the beginning of this pandemic that has turned our lives upside down, when we were having heated debates in the Technical Rumours topic regarding suspension, forks, dual crowns, right-side-ups, upside-downs, axle diameters, etc., when I mentioned much of it could be checked using finite element simulation. It was a great project to get into FEA and to have a cool result, but, as is usual for a master procrastinator without a deadline, it took a while to get it done. But get it done I did! So, in this post I will present the results...

Just a one off. It's one thing to design bikes as a hobby and another to actually make a business out of it. Frame's done by the way. Will be testing it out soon and make a bike check.

I've been riding BMX for 16+ years, and MTB for 5ish off and on, and I didn't let that image force me out. I chose to ride because it was fun, not because of a fear of what others might think of me. If they really think that everyone that participates in an activity is exactly the same, they aren't worth my time. Hell, I'm 30 and STILL get told on occasion that I am "a pothead/druggie/alcoholic troublemaker" to which I usually reply "I've never smoked anything, rarely have a beer-which is perfectly legal for a 30 year old, and...
