It would be cool to see some slomo footage of telescopic forks in the same rear-wheel-heavy landing situation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMq2p12RkTk&t=82s Turns out they're pretty goofy to watch too. I wonder if much of the weirdness of this fork can be chalked up to unfamiliarity after all, most of us have been riding telescopic forks forever.

I always like the look of these bikes but we really need a different word for custom (full custom, geometry, tubing, paint, etc) and customized (hanging your parts of choice on a stock frame).

The way i see it steeper seat tube angles bring your CoG forwards and help the pedalling that way. But the intention is also not to rotate the rider around the BB, but to open up te hip joint a bit and keep the rider at least as upright if not even more upright (since you can be relaxed while slogging up a hill and don't need to pull yourself over the bar to transfer the weight). With a steeper seat tube, you still need the same seat to BB length as before which then means you sit higher up...

I have the opposite problem. Nothing was ever quite big enough. Bars always too low. Rear end balance totally out of whack because my higher seat height put me way back on standardized rear ends. Uncomfortable climbing because of slack seat tube angles combined with short tippy rear ends mean climbing is a constant battle to stay balanced. Until now...

That doesn't make any sense. I have a 36" inseam, which is a fair length for my height. I have a 590mm seat tube on my XL G16 and I have to run my 185mm Revive 6mm beyond the minimum insertion line to get proper extension. A 560mm seat tube wouldn't work. There is really only one longer post. So...

I'm 6'6" and my XL G16 is the first bike I've ever had that fit right. I've had around 28 high end bikes in my life and this is a first. But it's not just reach. It's stack and rear center length paired with STA. Look at a brand that doesn't vary chainstay length and seat tube angle by size...
Websters says that a bicycle, by definition, must have pedals by which it is propelled. Bicycle itself is a unique word, adding the prefix Bi to the different word cycle and assuming it is the same thing is just ignorant, that is the whole point.

I don't have an issue with pedal assist ebikes... But, a pedaless Ebike is an electric motorcycle. That seems like an attempt to get around standards that a motorcycle would have to meet... Call it what it is...

Considering how land access is already an issue for ebikes this definitely isn’t helpful
