The New Jamis Hardline A1 Enduro MTB - Interbike 2018 5

Product / Technical

As seen at Interbike is the new Jamis Hardline A1 enduro bike which gets 160mm of rear travel using the 3VO (3-Variable Optimized) suspension technology. 3VO was developed by Chris Currie of Speedgoat bikes a few years back and is now licensed to Jamis. The multiple links at the top of the suspension design actually criss-cross each other inside the frame. Jamis is making some big claims with the bike, saying it's "the single-most capable suspension design ever brought to market." At $3,999, the Hardline A1 build features a FOX DPX2 Performance EVOL rear shock, FOX Rhythm 36 Float fork, Shimano XT 11-speed 1x drivetrain with 11-46t cassette, Race Face Aeffect components and Mavic XA tubeless wheelset. We're intrigued to see how this bike rides on the trail, so stay tuned as we try to get our hands on one.
