Would be interesting to see if anyone could manufacture a more nimble and poppy long travel enduro bike (yes they exist and it’s not an oxymoron!) with the Super drive… or if the high pivot requirement limits it to plow sleds.

This is all fine and dandy, but they are riding the same length chainstays? I know not everyone needs (or likes or wants) 462mm rear centers, but also many of us are done with 430 too…..and for pivot specifically, I friggin loved my pivots but stopped even considering then once I found a 450 to fit me so well, and then to discover that rear center length was something I was tuned into with my riding

This is my bike. I wanted a higher cockpit after all, with slightly smaller reach. Adding spacer underneath the stem, does exactly that.

Well the guy whose setup was used for this photo shoot I guess. Three spacers for a show bike seems like a lot.

Curious about the short chain and using the MRP SXG guide. Are you still running it this way? The SXG seems like a better option.

All external all the time. But the industry is going wireless and completely internal for brake hoses. I wouldn't be surprised to see bikes coming out in the near future that don't have any routing for the shifter and dropper.

Definitely for the dropper, not too fussed about the others being external as long as it's not under the top tube where I want to grab when I lift my bike.

10/2/2022 6:31am Sure it does. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vTawjrfXMFNlhEcCKGRg5ZS… You'd be surprised how much that head angle accounts for. Each degree slacker means another 1cm+ added to the wheelbase. Versus yours, mine gains 10mm from the reach. 1302. 5mm from the rear center. 1307. 3' from the heat tube angle. 1347. ish

After riding an XL G1 with 535mm reach, 450mm rear center and 1350mm wheelbase I can say that's a good fit proportionally but definitely on the long side for good trail manners. The G1 has a crazy slack head angle <63'. I figure 535mm of reach, a 440mm rear end, mullet wheels and 64' head angle should still give...
