First of all, we tend to only do pretty light reviews from these first ride type presentations, it's hard to provide definitive conclusions with just a couple of days on the trail (usually an unknown trail as well). But, to answer your question: the Jeffsy is not just a lightweight Capra. I ride a Capra 27 currently, and the Jeffsy is a different bike. It feels and rides much lighter, mainly because of the shorter travel and steeper angles. You say the angles are "close to the Capra", but a 1 degree difference in headangle and 20mm less travel...

That is of course very subjective but I think Intense still has lots of mystique, makes great bikes and has big respect on the circuit. YT is more of a party brand to me although Gwin and Mulally did a lot to legitimize it.

I'm from skateboarding at the beginning, no model is similar in the adidas collection as i know. But well who knows.

FWIW, the guy in the photo looks long and thin enough to be Flo Payet (linked with Scott). He's from the Reunion Island, so I can imagine most places would be pretty cold by comparison at this time of year.

Can't say I am that surprised that Miranda is gone. She did some big things domestically but never did much on the WC, she had 1 top 10 this year and ended 14th overall out of a field of 30. And lets be honest, she won world champs on luck when every top rider crashed out and the UCI screwed up Myriam Nicole's timing.

If CDale doesn't provide their own frames whether its something one-off or pre production I would expect to see him on a GT that's branded Cannondale. They're all under the same corporate umbrella after all.

Athertons to there own bike brand... been developing bikes for other teams for years now, built a great brand, Gee,Dan and Rach making their own bikes.... it could be the change they are looking for. full control of what they want to ride.
