I don’t know how German bankruptcy works at all. But in America I thought it wasn’t possible to do what Marcus did. Like you can’t magically absolve your debts by selling your company to yourself. And while there are definitely examples of people buying their ip rights and starting over. I can’t thing of an example where a person was able to buy back everything and restart without still owing what they owed. perhaps someone else can correct me on all accounts. But it seems incredibly fishy. And I really hate to put fish in the same category as Marcus.

I certainly wasn't at all optimistic for Nukeproof's future when I heard that Mike Ashley of all people bought CR/Wiggle. It's good to see it back and not consigned to the Sports Direct dumpster like many other brands he's got his mitts on over the years. Anyway, back on track.... Dak and Blewitt to Scott. It’s funny to me, because the very thing on that thread that people were lambasting YT and Canyon for is the thing that I find exciting: bikes that perform well and represent a good value proposition. Fancy magical linkages, outlier kinematics, adjustable geometry, bleeding edge race tech… overrated. Give me a bike with surprisingly good component specs that works well for its intended use case at a good price point. I’m getting a little turned on just typing that. EXCITING!

Super boost and short chain stays would stop me from buying a Pivot before anything Bernard did.. I wouldn't date anyone that young, but I'm a lot older than he is.. We assume things are questionable, but laws are different everywhere. Sexual assault is a whole different thing..
