As soon as he see's the split on the live stream he hits the corresponding button. Signal is passed via messenger pigeon which does interpretive dance to the rider...

same here, 650 stack bike, 30mm under stem and 38mm rise bar at 6'1. On an XL bike with 505mm reach it's pretty much perfect fit for me, but I wouldn't want to be much taller.

Knowing exactly 0 about the behind-the-scenes stuff, Greg seems like an odd choice as a riders rep. I forget what podcast it was, but it had Brendog talking about when he was on the Honda team with Greg. Brendog was a kid (along with ... ? Matti Lehikonen?) just hoping to qualify, while GM was already a World Champ I think. They'd ask Minnaar for advice and he gave them absolutely nothing.
