When the stumpy 15 dropped they did a PB podcast and they also basically said “yeah no evo, it has to special/gnarly to get the evo name” That lasted like less than a year, I think their philosophy is pretty money centric lol.

Bought a Countershox/countersycle unit. I haven't ridden it yet so I can't comment on the ride quality, but I have already taken it apart. It appears to have a Brass(?) mass inside which is super tight in the outer tube. I guess this is some sort of friction damping, as the springs are really soft. The marks on the Brass are from when I took it out of the housing. No oil or lubricant inside the unit apart from grease on the springs. Will put it back together and take it for a ride.

I just realized Luke Meier-Smith is Continental Champ and I don't think he's wearing any distinct jersey for racing. Also I don't think Kate Hastings does either, she's continental champ from oceania too. Rulebook says continental champions should be wearing the jersey at all times when racing, same happens with worldchamp and national champ, but in this last case and only for DH or enduro, just the sleeve is allowed. I'm curious about this because Simon Chapelet (Euro champ) wears it but not Luke nor Kate. Luke is only wearing the national champ sleeve. I believe this is kind of...
