7/22/2026 8:59pm We went with a used Jamis Dakar for our 9 year old and the 27.5 XS and it's working well. It had a dropper which makes a big difference as it gives him the confidence when doing anything fast or technical. It's Rockshox front and rear which helps with set-up and servicing as the parts are more common etc. Good...

6/17/2026 6:47am I've been running the originals on my DH bike and really like them. I described them to a mate as a bit like the difference between clipless and flats Only drawback has been the metal bolt that scratches WHATEVER you lean your bike against so that's a consideration.
