3/21/2026 10:31am I have a 10-52 cassette paired with Race Face cinch chainring, SLX derailleur and Shimano chain and it works flawless, no issues what so ever. I have several bikes so hard to say anything about wear, but it's two years old now and on it's third chain i think. Bought for weight loss and worth every penny. Edit: I can...

3/19/2026 11:55pm The V+R Racing rider lineup for 2026... TL;DR It's Raina Logar, Zanna Logar and Aletha Ostgaard! Most folks on this forum are familiar with V+R, but briefly for those who aren't, Virginia and Ryan (V+R) are two DH superfans living in the Pacific Northwest. 2026 marks our seventh season sponsoring and supporting downhill racers and our fourth season at the World Cup level. Crazy! For '26 we've re-signed Aletha Ostgaard for her fourth season with V+R Racing! Ally races for Canyon Collective. Zanna Logar has also re-signed for a second season with V+R. Zanna races for Frameworks. So cool! Maybe...

3/13/2026 12:27pm Jess mentioning that a fellow rider went down during practice before seeding for the DH (qualifying doubled as the NZ national Champs) at Crankworx. Erice was a DNS in the seeding/national champs. If it was her it would be bad luck after her 2025 season was written off after her massive Tas Hardline crash.

3/12/2026 2:35am It really sounds like a bad bleed if you have to pull them to the grips for full power. The m6120s are one of the most underrated brakes out there in my opinion. I have a set of Formula Cura 4 on one bike where I had m6120 earlier, the Shimanos had more power for sure with the setup I use.

3/5/2026 12:30pm It's easy to take for granted that surgeons can magically make things better, until they suddenly can't. It's crazy to think Emil might have gone from the top of the athletic heap to not being able to walk unassisted. Completely sucks. I hope everything in his hip and leg is able to reconnect and heal itself back to a working state. If there's anyone who can put in the time and think about this process systematically, it's Emil the trick machine. Wishing him the best.

3/2/2026 8:43am Emil Johansson just shared a heavy update regarding his recovery from his terrifying Rampage crash 4 months ago. A dislocated hip has turned into a far bigger ordeal, as a torn iliopsoas muscle has complicated things significantly. An attempt was made to reattach the torn muscle (which is the primary hip flexor), but it was ultimately unsuccessful. To make matters worse, there is nerve damage which has led to loss of function in the quads. 10 weeks post surgery, Emil says he is now at a point where he can "walk around without crutches on flat ground relatively OK", but...
