Are you me? I've also had my Spire with an X2 for about two weeks and it feels amazing. I just raced it over the weekend at Ashland and moved up 6 places in my category compared to the early season on my old Patrol. I set the rear end up with reccommended settings based on the least sag reccommended by Transition and haven't felt the need to touch it. Seems like Pinkbike had trouble with the Superdeluxe as well.

- If kids on tiktok are literally coming down with tics after watching too many Tourettes videos, I think its fair to suggest we mountain bikers are often feeling things just because the "internet told us so". No matter how good your suspension is, you are going to feel feedback through your feet. Until we create hover crafts, that is just how it works. EDIT: So you can read it.

This has a similar level of exposure to Blue Dot or Portal in Moab, or Hangover in Sedona if you are familiar with those trails. You would have to try really hard to actually fall off of a cliff. Nice views though

I agree, the kid should get paid, but at times a parent's emotional attachment can get in the way.. At some point, they are better stepping back and let someone else manage the business side of things.. Now, I don't know anything about Jackson and his family, so what I said above may not even apply here...

Yes, they were actually running the Kenda tires. The Intense team did not black out any rubber. So Moir went from being able to chose from a catalog of DH tires/tread patterns he was comfortable with to being on Kenda with only a couple tread options in DH tires and lacking compounds and casings (that Gwin is still trying to work with them on, almost 3 years later). Tires---or more importantly one's confidence in them--is surely worth 5, 10(?) spots in a world cup result sheet when times are tight. It's pretty massive.

He basically took Trek along with him to Miranda. Ok, really, great lineup to review here. Something for everyone. Having spent more days than I expected this summer riding bike parks on my trail bike, it really shows that they're not cut out for it. It's exhausting getting clobbered around DH trails at speed. Sure, the geo's more or less there, the travel, not so much. Or maybe I'm just old. Probably both. I appreciate calling out the difference between what's a better race bike and what's more for just dicking around at the park. Would consider that Sender as a park beater, and worth it at that price...
