Nukeproof Axess Racing is 100% confirmed, more news tomorrow (Friday) 💣
I hope the Trek stores will carry the concentrated tablets as well:
Pinky with a long term deal is great deal for both sides.. Ryan is young with a lot of potential and 3 years will let everyone grow together.. It will be fun to watch him progress..
Yeah. This Boy is a rocket. Very nice!
Now just add Oli C., and this team will burn so hard.
💯 percent and also great to see a brand like Mondraker wanting to make that commitment to their DH team too
Elite enduro rider Simona Kuchyñková got a RB helmet, maybe enduro is not totally dead.
MFR to rockshox suspension
Not just RockShox but also Sram brakes and drivetrain
Didn't Dak confirm at the beginning of last season that the team would be on the full SRAM/RockShox suite of parts for 2026? I thought that was semi-openly acknowledged long ago.
Regardless, 69 runs in 3 days... Hope Dunne doesn't injure himself or burn out with that kind of pre-season intensity. Looking forward to seeing what kind of pace he brings to the World Cups.
Not surprised, commencal muc-off did the same thing not very long ago. They also put mavens on with fox suspension for a season, can't remember if they used a SRAM drivetrain. Knew they were going to move to rockshox when I saw them running the other sram stuff this year.
They were already on Mavens last season, as said above Commencal did similar a few years back.
If he's training at home, I know a friend visited the area and rode Ronan's local park and ran into him there. The trails are pretty short, but apparently great. Where I grew up the trails were a similar distance and me, who did absolutely no training other than taking advantage of the afternoon 2 for $5 beers at the hill's pub, could get 15 laps a day easy for 2-3 days in a row. So for someone who's fit and not slamming pints for half the afternoon, 23 a day isn't impossible.
I can't recognize anyone but Danny Hart invaded the Cube Factory Racing team camp at Caersws bike park. Some of the folks on the team seemed to try to avoid being seen.
Anyone able to determine who is or isn't there?
Yep, saw Joe’s film on Axxess but can’t embed it here. Nukeproof it is.
Awesome for Nukeproof to get started with a team that can help them hit the ground running, who were all climbing the ranks through last season.
I do really think it would be amazing for Hill to show up at hardline on a Nukeproof DH bike.
Stranger things have happened but I can't imagine Hill wanting to be associated with Nukeproof given how much money the name owes him, even if the owners are new.
Bigger news is somehow they are still running e.thirteen wheels 😂.
Another big factory team on SRAM is wild though. They have both commençal teams, canyon, Mondraker and Trek Factory. That's a lot of factory
Yeah the track in the stories is his dh track that he build, probably less than a minute at the speeds he’s riding at, but is a great track and short shuttle uplift.
He’s filming something with red bull
Four teams running Sram-Rockshox isn't a lot when you look at the number of Fox teams. Sram/RS seems to have a bigger foothold in XC, or at least wins more races, 12 of 20 elite race wins
Downhill
2025: Fox 12 teams - 14 wins, Rockshox 3 - 4 wins
2026: Fox 10 teams (8 Shimano), Rockshox 4.
Fox: Continental Atherton, Cube, Frameworks, Giant, Norco, Orbea, Pivot, Santa Cruz, Scott, Yeti
SRAM/RS: Commencal Mucoff, Commencal Schwalbe, Canyon, Mondraker
How many Teams/Wins for Öhlins?
I think more-so my point is that the SRAM teams are on the full SRAM eco-system, suspension, drivetrain, brakes, dropper and now O-Chain. While all those other teams you've listed are on Fox suspension, they have a whole host of money, parts and deals from other brands, whether that is TRP, Shimano, Galfer, Hayes, Trickstuff, various dropper brands, never mind Raceface and Easton within the Fox brand etc..
Given the budget and amount of product teams could get from various brands, I imagine the full factory SRAM deals for a 5-6 rider team, including product for all the rider and staff bikes, must be some serious money going to those four teams (although OEM deals etc... make it viable).
While four factory teams for SRAM makes sense it must be $$$$$.
Cube action team adding a rider, any idea who?
Could be Pontvianne?
Thanks for all the love Vital! My goal is to continue a career that allows me to contribute to another 1000 pages of the tech rumour thread.
That response makes me think Jesse to a full time R&D test rider gig..
Cube action team is the enduro team, not dh.
Juanfer looks like he is on a Specialized Levo, from what I can tell.

Isn't that what MTB racing already is, more or less?
It feels a little weird speculating about someone's future when they're an active forum user so I'll just sit back and wait and see, but I do wonder whether that software engineering degree gets any use...
He never had an Intense Tazer in his country, he often rode/posted with other brands bikes even when Intense Factory Racing was running Intense. 100% sure he's staying, they're just going to move to Nukeproof
Ok fine... We'll stick with tradition... Jesse to Frameworks..
