I’m hearing rumours that Troy’s contract is up and may be having a bit of trouble renegotiating with canyon, that could possibly open up a spot for Andi who shared the podium with Luca…
There were a couple of clues in the live feed.
As Kolb was climbing onto the stage whilst passing the race winning V10, Neko says " Is that his bike or Jacksons?", to which Rik replies "Careful!".
In the interview Andi was asked why he was so happy to see Jackson beat Bruni. He gave a very diplomatic answer, which prompted Rik to say something like "He handled that question just as well as he handled his bike today".
So I think Kolb to Syndicate is the done deal.
I thought Troy was signed up with Canyon till the end of next year, he signed for two more years during October 2024.

Unless 26 was an option year and Canyon is looking at the budgets? Between Troy and Luca they do have 2 of the more consistent guys out there..
regarding the neko / specialized thing...... IIRC that connection is because the rental fleet at Kanuga is all Specialized

This Kolb photo looks real to me. Image data says taken at Mont Sainte Anne on Oct 13 with the telephoto camera of an iPhone 15 Pro Max (you could photoshop it and keep that data, but still)
I wondered if someone took at photo with Woody and put Kolb’s face or mouth on instead, I’d say highly unlikely even with AI - Kolb has attached earlobes, Ben Wood doesn’t.
Pie vot won’t be near qualified as a team next year and reliant on wildcards. I guess this will be an interesting year to see where Laurie goes. Possibly not a ton of options.
