My impression was that they were talking about the semis being moved from finals day to the day before, rather than them being got rid of (unfortunately).
Asa certainly wasn't hanging about. Section before the road gap looks to be the only real slow part
I’ve been following him for a while, and I don’t believe that he has.
I like the track. It is definitely a bit less rough and it is overall faster the years prior, but the fresh berms will rough up quickly. The upper section will be the decider. Times will be insanely close. Riders will not break for a the whole two bottom splits I guess.

Word, was def'ly aware of that and not interested at all. This being on Max helps - why not watch. But semis? Nah. I thought this was saying boycotting semi's entirely. I'm slow...

I just want to say for the record, fuck Pinkbike for making the prizes available for only 4-5 countries!
One of the cool things about fantasy games with prizes is in my opinion the fact that things can be won by people in places who aren't as wealthy as others and to some true fans their passion for the sport could be game changing for their riding. I really don't grasp why you would pull a dick move like that.
So hats off to Vital for being able to put together such a generous purse each round!

Nope, semis are still on, just moved.
Quali and semis now on the same day, race day is now one run for all the glory.
timed training is in and apparently dak's 400mm rise bars are plenty aero enough.

Two rough slams from practice today. Sounds like they're both okay. Hauser dislocated his finger but seems like he'll still be racing.
Any word on whether the Junior finals and Elite semi's will the broadcast for free on Youtube like last year? I haven't came accross anything confirming such.
