Rumour-ish, but the Transition Spire will not be updated until mid to late next year. Transition focusing on the TR11 (which we know) and some e-bike stuff.

Thanks for everyone’s thoughts on this! Scor was an interesting one, I hadn’t thought of that. My best bet was a next gen Norco Sight, maybe from before they committed everything to the elevated crab approach. Cable routing exit maybe matches, and I swear I heard rumors there was some churn in their design strategy… Picture was from March of 2024, too(I REALLY wanted someone to release that bike)

I just took delivery of a Titan v3.2 last week. My legs are long enough to use a 210mm One Up post in my size XL frame and the thing rips. UDH compatibility is about the only thing missing IMO and that's easily upgraded with the modular dropouts.

I've posted a story last week how Keith's personal prototype was stolen, he said only the swingarm is new to test some things, from the photo it didnt really look any different. There were some pictures from some time ago where it looked like it could house UDH. Thats what I remember. I always had the idea Banshee would not release a new bike without serious improvement and with present generation its just hard to do that, their bikes are just as relevant today as they were when released in 2019...

You just described the Norco Fluid, which exists. 130/140mm crab link. Carbon and aluminum options. Was bike of the year for one of the big guys (green and red sites), maybe both when it came out 2 seasons ago.

Their enduro team was done last year but they graciously kept me on board for this year with my contract having another year on it. Sounds obvious of course, but the bike industry isn't always so giving. The DH team took me in and I had a blast all year long, which was the main reason for doing DH at the end of the year. I just wanted to hang out with the team some more, and who wouldn't take the chance to race World Cup DH while they can. As for next year, stay tuned.

Actually, Yeti is interesting. With Camille retiring. They surely have some budget. Assuming they'll wanna keep Tyler Waite if possible. But they'll want another elite male or female to replace Cam surely?

Yeah I think it is a selling point that nobody ever really uses. I don't think more than a handfull of people across the world will be converting their rallon from enduro rig to a DH rig for a park weekend on an even semi-regular basis. Are people really going to get the different links, shock, fork, and maybe wheels/tires just for a couple of park weekends a year? And if you're actually going to a park more often I'd say its easier to just own a decent DH bike. IDK man. I'd say it's a way bigger win for...

Actual Knolly prototype, or just Knolly stickers on a Santa Cruz/Crestline/similar? Would be quite surprised to see Knolly make such a drastic move away from their existing suspension platform, design language, materials, etc.

I think it's less dropping Dak, more not giving him as much as either Dak hoped for or making some budget for Ronan and Pinky. I have a world of respect to Dak, especially on his comeback journey, and I think he can contend for the win - but put on Mondraker's hat and think about the 3 elite male riders you have : 1. Ronan - Got a win this year, rides crazy (good views), young, redbull helmet, not consistent. 2. Pinky - Pretty consistent in the final top 10, young, has potential, still transitioning into elite imo 3...
