4/13/2026 8:00am Yes. It would be going on a rigid single speed bike. This is a bit of a Franken-bike project trying to chase an old Unit build that I never should have sold. I’ve attached a photo of that bike below so you all can laugh at me. I am looking at a couple options for the frame but they all are designed around a ~495mm A2C. I’d like to run an Identiti Rebate XL fork (465mm) for peace of mind on the front end. I’m just trying to get 10-15mm more height to maintain geo as much as possible.

4/13/2026 7:57am Tacky Chan gets radial offerings, updated Ultra Soft compound, and a revised tread pattern (on just the radial variants). This revised tread pattern makes it a lot more friendly during corner transitions. Check it out. The Tacky Chan is also replacing the Big Betty. The ROMY replaces the hans dampf. Trail / All-mountain tire. It's our fastest rolling radial tire, and has a wide range of appeal. Comes in a Trail 29x2.4" wide version, great for riders who have tight rear tire clearance. It's my favorite right now.

4/12/2026 9:44am Colorblind guy here so take this with a grain of salt but very similar, maybe same, as Nomad 3: Life is too short for bland ass colorways for my two cents.

4/8/2026 8:48pm Yep the more I dig into it the more that seems to be the case. Bryn Atkinson was riding an Optic in the press stuff for the updates float series so I'm hoping to track that tune down. I could just buy this shock but I'll be entirely transparent in saying that having a Fox Kashima fork and dropper without the matching shock does my head in

3/20/2026 3:05pm Correct, though as of last year Float X2 is no longer twin tube and has moved to a mono-tube design. We kept the X2 designations to help the majority of riders understand what product relates to what category and what adjustments they can expect on the product.

3/19/2026 9:55am Honestly, the Reya is the first XC bike that I really, really want to try as a 6'3" individual. I feel like that jack nichelson nodding meme as I work my way down the geo chart on the XL. Edit: Can we also agree that peak bike industrial design is a straight top tube that aligns directly with the seat tube... connecting the top of the head tube to the rear axle with an un-interrupted straight line?

3/19/2026 8:17am It depends on why you're so salty. Bad nutrition? You're probably fine but your hydration will be lacking. Bad attitude? You'll be pissing everyone off enough that they'll be dried out, too.

3/19/2026 8:17am I'm confused. If people describe me as a salty person, does that help or hurt my hydration levels on a ride?

3/17/2026 1:12pm The biggest thing by far is the mass. Ideally the damping tune on the regulator would be a little stiffer than on the sentinel. It’ll still work fine though. I’d just expect to add some compression damping.

3/17/2026 1:12pm Yup I agree with @CascadeComponents - a bit more compression damping is the main difference. All their other ebikes have been identical in leverage ratio to their acoustic counterparts so I imagine this is the same
