Can anyone tell me how similar the kinematics on a 2024-2025 Transition Sentinel is to a Transition Regulator?
I own a Regulator and recently found an OEM Fox Float X taken off a Sentinel. From what I have read, both bikes are very similar, but im not sure how true that is for their kinematics. I am hoping they are nearly identical, since the tune apparently makes a huge difference for performance.
The biggest thing by far is the mass. Ideally the damping tune on the regulator would be a little stiffer than on the sentinel. It’ll still work fine though. I’d just expect to add some compression damping.

Yup I agree with @CascadeComponents - a bit more compression damping is the main difference. All their other ebikes have been identical in leverage ratio to their acoustic counterparts so I imagine this is the same
