12/28/2023 10:42am Breeden off of IFR and maybe a hint the team is done? "Sure sad to see this group separate, but has given me great experience for what’s to come. See you at the races"

12/28/2023 9:08am Neko, Asa, mystery rider, Anxo, Logan, probably one other mechanic/support person. At a minimum average of $50k salary per person per year you’re already at $300k. Then Martin Whiteley’s management cost ($25-50k). Add on travel (bare minimum $5k per race per person, so $25-30k per race x 8 WC races, then domestic races. There’s another $300k at a minimum. Tack on insurance, taxes and other stuff. So $600k on a tight budget, and the whole reason riders get Martin Whiteley involved is so they aren’t on a shoestring budget. I sure hope Neko’s salary is at least $150k though. Hence...

12/25/2023 1:57pm Neko is like the guy that had the vision quest, and the quest turned prophetic. Amazing that being open and honest, showing passion and hard work culminate in success. However this team turns out, how couldn't you root for frameworks? At a time when companies are closing doors and shutting down support, Frameworks is growing.

12/24/2023 6:15am 250.000K for funding a full season seems pretty reasonable to me. From food, to flight tickets, hotels, stuff and UCI team registering. To be honest, I think that is quite reasonable. And if it is for 2 people it might not be enough. If you calculaze out the taxes at an average of 18% you can only spend 210000. And you have to pay for health insurance, salary and taxes on income. And you should not forget that a professional needs to make more money as a normal working person because there is no regular carreer pat and you normaly...

12/23/2023 6:45am Really interested to see how juinor mens world cup dh plays out next year, originally would have just been thinking it to be primarily dominated by asa but with Tyler waite from nz riding the yeti dh bike and presumably getting support from yeti at world cups next year, we might have another goldstone vs williams situation

12/18/2023 5:40am A lot of his opinions are unorthodox and weird. On the other hand, he actually walks the walk with his opinions: he builds what he wants, frequently from scratch and/or with extensive modification of existing components, and he rides what he builds. I can't help but respect the commitment. Lots of people talk about what kind of bike they want; far fewer make that kind of effort to create it. Relevant? IDK. Interesting to observe? Often.

12/18/2023 5:22am Re Brosnan: I don't know his situation, but here is my hypothesis. He's newly married, has a hobby farm with horses and cool shit and it's Summer Holidays here in Aus (Everyone stops working for a month lol) It's 35 degrees every day, the suns out, the beach is ready and the beers are cold! Last thing I'd want to do now is head on a 24 hour flight back to Europe on the covid tin can, shiver my balls off in some French ski village away from your loved ones when he could be eating Prawns and smashing beers...

12/9/2023 9:34pm Oh shit Jackson’s dad hangs out here. Reckon what he’s disagreeing with is the “pushing”. In the sense of how the Williams sisters, Tiger Woods, Andre Agassi were heavily pushed by their parents and it had huge adverse psychological effects. Given the joy Jackson seems to have at riding, seems safe to assume there was no pressure, just support. Well done.

12/7/2023 5:38am I just want to hear a podcast where GM in his very polite and respectful South African accent sets fire to Santa Cruz and burns all bridges with his PON corporate overlords in a scorched earth "Tell All" rivaling the Milli Vanilli scandal and C&C Music Factory debacle where he unveils that his last 2 wins were using an EEB motor that had been secretly developed in his Honda days that he never offically raced. But then, once Father Time came calling, he folded to PON's relentless pressures to win at all cost & electric motored his way to a...
