Great question! First off, your fear is healthy. Mountain bikes can throw you really hard, and it's important to maintain a healthy fear of them. People who are fearless eventually have to stop riding, either because they're tired of being hurt all the time, or they're so hurt they can't ride anymore. Good stuff... Got a chance to learn about a person I've heard so much of, but knew absolutely nothing about.. Really appreciated him talking about dealing with his depression.. As someone who occasionally has his dark days, I find myself dealing with them in similar ways.. I hope Ask Team Robot becomes more like Ask Ping on the MX side.. Also, on the price to performance numbers, I agree in theory, but the lower end might be a little higher. Unless you throw in a certain direct to consumer brand that focuses on aluminum frames..

(sorry, can't help myself...what are we going to do w/o the race?!) hearing postponed for now too. i'm skeptical travel ban is sorted by early april. also EWS is early april. what then? conflict?

Since I was planning on hitting my first WC in Ft. William on a trip though scotland, hopefully the series isn't cancelled. Although i doubt not even this virus will want to bother with the people of northern scotland lol. On the flip side of it, if some world cup event get canned, maybe this is a chance for local races to get more coverage and higher level competition if everyone ends up staying home for the summer. I'd love to see more National races everywhere get more coverage and maybe a spotlight on some more riders.

These bikes are not really comparable, One is a 27.5 160/170mm travel Enduro slayer and one is a 29" 130 travel trail slayer. Both great in their perspective area of expertise, be it weight, prowness, or price
