I posted about the Intense lookslikea… in the tech rumors forum. Can confirm it had a frame wrap on it like all other intense protons, and it also had a black fabric cover over the main frame. Split pivot (abp) rear end with very Waterloo like cable guides. Compared it to an un camouflaged bike and it looked strikingly similar.

Couple of points on this. Intense actually reposted this picture on their Instagram. I highly doubt they would do so if it wasn't one of their bikes. Secondly, I highly doubt Gwin would be in a more public setting like this testing other bikes. My guess is that testing occurred last year which resulted in the production of this steed.

Someone earlier in the thread mentioned that Intense is testing other brands bikes right now, and suggested that the bike in that picture is a Session. I don't remember who it was but I'm sure you could find it a couple pages back.

Well documented in Bernard Kerr’s YouTube videos that they’ve used specialised/any cardboard boxes they can get, doesn’t necessarily mean anything

Didn’t see the photo. But I’ve definitely seen lots of riders stuffing their bikes in random cardboard boxes for travel.

Ummm ….. what happened to that photo of Finn? Five minutes ago, there were 55 pages of posts here, including one with a photo of Finn with a non-Specialized bike box… and now it’s gone. Strange.

Very interested to see what they will be on at the first world cup because listening to the blister podcast with Neko made it seem pretty clear that in his opinion what they were doing was not it. To the point that they bought a bunch of other manufacturers bikes and had the team test them and give feedbback. May have just been shade throwing but who knows. There is definitely something to be said for simplicity and a design that is balanced and works well, like what he is aiming for with going back to a 4 bar rocker...

How is Enve a "big" performance boost over WAO? More like the other way around but these product endorsements by sponsored riders are cringe worthy.
