Nice, feels weird only having 7 riders instead of 15 like most rounds last year So as per the podcast, the cuttoff is before any qualies this year/round right?

Interesting team name for the Norco riders (no mention and adidas on the race division socials at the point of posting).

Resident Korean resident here 1. Things to do on bikes... RIDE!!! The race weekend is also the start of the bike park season locally. There are three parks within an hour of each other, two within five minutes. Alpensia Bike Park is literally right next to Yongpyong. The parks here a different from Europe, smaller and still growing. Wellihilli is further west at lower altitude and has fun runs. You could also ride in/near Seoul. We ride year round here and the outskirts of Seoul have some fantastic singletrack. Even some rock slabs with epic views on the eastern edge...

Their enduro team was done last year but they graciously kept me on board for this year with my contract having another year on it. Sounds obvious of course, but the bike industry isn't always so giving. The DH team took me in and I had a blast all year long, which was the main reason for doing DH at the end of the year. I just wanted to hang out with the team some more, and who wouldn't take the chance to race World Cup DH while they can. As for next year, stay tuned.

That said: imagine how wild the testing laps would be with Ronan Dunne, Jonty Williamson, and Tyler Waite all pushing each other if Mondraker picked the remaining Yeti DH team up.

this is the (V)Anzac spirit in full force. You the man Mic! For those wondering, ANZAC is Australian New Zealand Army Corps which was derived in WW1 as we fought together, it is a spirit of brotherhood despite not knowing the other person but having a common goal. It warms the cockles of my heart knowing the spirit remains strong.
