A properly supported Angel on a winning bike is someone who has been able cross the line in the green in the past. Angels had some rough luck over the years with weird team dynamics, teams folding, and injury. I'd love to see 2-3 seasons of that guy healthy and supported.

Man am I rooting for him to win on that A200G. I would love to see him out of anyone take the top step on a belt bike as unrealistic as is may be to race on one for the rest of us.

Seems appropriate to me! 1) not exactly-Because I recommend having tyres dialled in with appropriate casing, width and pressure first and suspension second. They both contribute to the system but in quite different ways so if you changed tyres then needed a suspension change it would mean you didn't have an appropriate tyre before. In reality it might not always work that way - I always say tyres are criminally misunderstood so its hard for people to pick the best tyres from the start and you might need a little bit of back and forward. Personally I think each rider/application...

Thank you all for the interest in our bikes and in our distribution / sales model. To give you a bit of context, we’re currently a team of 9 people at RAAW, based in Germany, and we ship worldwide directly from here. The US has actually grown into our biggest market after Germany, which is pretty wild considering that every RAAW in the US has been shipped individually from Germany. Our goal is, of course, to make the ordering process and ownership experience as easy as possible. Having stock in the US would be ideal, but that comes with a...

Having ridden bikes from several major brands, my SC Megatower has easily been the best I’ve owned when it comes to product support, parts availability, and clear, reliable customer service. I used to make fun of people who had an SC, but after dealing with repeated warranty issues on other bikes, I get it now. The Mega is a sick bike, the VPP suspension rides great, but honestly, it’s the overall ownership experience that really sets Santa Cruz apart. I'm in the market for a shorter travel ripper, and SC is at the top of the list, even if it's...

Luca won national champs just last year and wore the sleeve this past season. Podium threat, potential winner, super nice guy. I could see why brands would want to work with him.

In my experience Geo is the number 1 thing that limits a bikes capabilities (or at least my confidence in its abilities). I have a trail hardtail that I will ride some pretty chunky trails on, I just have to do it a little slower. Which is where I think travel comes in. Geo limits the capabilities, Travel limits the the speed. There is obviously a limiting point on both but that's been my general feeling riding different types of bikes.

It's not proprietary per say, however the long, sad road of specialized suspension made for their bikes has many bikes in the world left useless. I currently have two 10 year old S-works bikes that used their forks from 10 years ago that need lower cups that no longer exist to put on a reg fork and there are only a few service places that seem to be able to service them. Specialized isn't in it alone, Cannondale and Trek are both in the same boat with specialized shocks, but all these special shocks that only they use are usually...

Sorry to thread hijack @Primoz but I know you love it... Progressive generates more force on big hits and remains open/fluttery feeling on small bump. I like that tune on all bikes so far. Linear is a close 2nd- hard to tell which tune you have (linear vs progressive) unless you do back-to-back testing on the same trail/same day/same bike/same shocks... Digressive is basically the opposite of progressive and Linear splits the 2 tunes.

Rumored Saint brake and how SRAM would spec future builds with code/Maven was where my head was at. I like honest/informed feedback, including negative experiences with Shimano/Sram/BrandX. If that was off topic, fair enough
