The biggest advantage of air is that you never get trapped on the wrong spring rate, whereas even with 25 pound coil increments you can still be a little over sprung or undersprung. I think a lot of people on coils end up using the dials to adjust for ride height problems that are really being caused by being oversprung or undersprung, and most people aren't off by 25 pounds but 50 or even 100. OnlyFans have been trying to change for a while and even announced a ban on adult content at one point. The backlash was so quick and loud that they had to reverse the decision. Their quest is not altruistic though, they want an IPO and the only way they will get it is by breaking the association with adult content. He has a point, technically his sponsor here is merely a platform for users to share whatever they like. It is strongly associated with the kinds of products and services the UCI doesn't allow, but itself is essentially just social media. I think the UCI should reverse this decision, it sets a precedent that will make a lot of large companies wary of investing in riders as advertising space (think TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

I am not advocating using/not using the neckbraces but this study is fundamentally wrong in terms of reading and using data. Just plain wrong. The reason is simple: it doesn't take into account the percentage of people who wear and don't wear neckbraces. Example: Statistics 1 - 239 recorded cases of injury without the neckbrace, 26 cases with the neckbrace. Stated conclusion that injury is 89% more likely without neckbrace is wrong, because it doesn't take into account that most riders don't wear neckbraces. There is 9 times more injuries of people without neckbraces because there is about 7-8 times...

Maybe I’m missing something, but this study compares injuries with and without a neckbrace and shows way more injuries without but also says no one is wearing a neck brace. So what is the sample size of riders who are actually wearing a brace? If a small number of riders in the study are wearing a brace it’s possible there’s too small of a sample to do this kind of comparison and not really apples to apples.

I disagree with that Raw Talent comment. Sounds like you e never been to a World Cup. But first I want to point out that absolute Bullshit cap of 15 riders for the Elite women. It suppresses sponsorship opportunity, cuts down on development by limiting the talent pool that can get into and progress through the ranks in Elite finales and holds women's DH back. The women's Elite should have a percentage cutoff to make the finale if they want to grow the sport for women & provide a job opportunity that has a longer life span. If you say...
