Can't believe this ban on podium girls, and then this world cup DH teaser poster/photo being taken down. What is this world coming to? And it's not like most societies are becoming more conservative with sexuality...it's everywhere these days movies, shows, clothing, and of course internet porn.

Considering they were on 27.5" front triangles with modified rear and links to fit 29" wheels last year.. Seems logical to be testing a dedicated 29" front triangle, eh?

After having demo'd several "enduro" bikes, I tried the Spartan (last gen) and loved it's ability to smash through really rough sections without sending me OTB...it was like a shorter travel DH bike. I am curious to know what other comparable bikes would be the benchmark for plowing through rough stuff.

Sweet stealthy looking bike! About your weight question, it might be because of beefy parts that are Enduro racing worthy ...your tires, suspension, etc.

1/31/2018 5:12pm If you ride DH, I always find that people overlook hip/tail bone padding. It helps to take the edge off of big impacts, particularly to the hips when you wash out in a turn or off camber.

Following an excellent first experience at the 2014 Vital MTB Test Sessions, I've been riding a Norco Sight for nearly four years. Not a tester at the time, I played the role of house mom. Yes, I'm a woman, a darn good cook, and OCD enough to clean everyday (throwing horns). 1/30/2018 4:26am Now that I've owned a really good DH bike (V10), it would be really hard to go back to just one bike. My Spartan is extremely capable (and overkill for my local trails), but it's just not as confidence inspiring on serious DH tracks as the V10. Riding a true DH bike at ridiculous speeds will help take your game...

1/29/2018 4:12pm I watched all of the Go-pro, Sony, iphone footage, and my arm chair analysis conclusion is that this a short b-line type bike park course that EWS riders would laugh at... ...but maybe the Spesh Gravity Team are right and we are in for an intense 2 minute of rock-smashing edge-of-your-seat-line-choices race. I'm willing to bet a 2-4 of Redbull!
