Is there real word difference in performance between the two forks? I've been sold on the idea that if you service a fork regularly and set it up properly, it's indistinguishable, and that a better rim and tire combo has greater effect on trail feel of the bike.

Also please consider doing a Same Price Comparo versus the new Trek Fuel EX 9.8 XT. It's just a 300 USD price dif between the Trek and this Escarp AMP

Any possibility on testing a modified Mullet? I know they don't offer it in that configuration, but would be fun to see if it works for trail bikes, or is mullet more of an Enduro bike thing.

Let us remember.... But yeah, EWS coverage these days is pretty bad – but not Unbound Gravel livestream bad, that was horrendous. I was watching that with my nephew on Saturday and he said "we already saw this part" to which I replied "no, it just all looks the same." Excited for a World Cup weekend!

I think Mtb website should be pushing this kinds of bikes more, specifically for those getting serious in their riding and upgrading from their first entry level bikes. Budget full sus are "ok" but ultimately a waste of money when you have to replace the fork and shocks after a month of actual trail riding also the brakes and tires after the first ride.

I bought this bike after owning Jeffsy and sb130, and I am in love. I race Xc but love big adventures on the weekend with long climbs and steep gnarly dh. And this bike fits me perfectly! I threw on some carbon wheels, mt7 brakes, and was able to get my bike down to 28lbs (check out my bike check on vital).
