Aren’t both Harrison and Hall locals to Temecula / Murrieta area? And hasn’t Harrison spent the first month or two of off season down under with Dean and Moir surfing? His recent posts could indicate Nik Nesteroff may be a teammate. ... I know this isn’t the case, just saying tags or shots of buddies together doesn’t mean teammates for the upcoming season. That said, I was hoping for an Intense Gwinship three years ago when he left the Big S. I didn’t think he would go to YT with their type of party persona and vibe.

first time hearing that concerning brosnan. AFAIK specialized wanted gwin decked out in full specialized gear and sram, same as troy was riding plus didn‘t want to pay as much as he was demanding. will be interesting to see how this intense thing turns out since gwin is sponsored bei fox suspension and bell helmets and intense was on full sram support plus troy lee kits the last few years.

That was just his Specialized salary. Other endorsements add up as well. Tomac was in multiple ads in each issue of the mags I read in the 90s. The Tomac name was a brand even before he had branded bikes.

i do realize that i am doing the same thing as you by asking someone to stop doing something, but can people please stop ranting and raving (your own words) about new bikes being discussed not being a part of the racing rumors thread? I for one find the bike speculation that goes into the whole "how are things gonna be" equally exiting and as integral a part of the "who goes where" speculation as where people are actually headed. So given that none of you are mods - can't the thread just live its own life? Sure, i can't...

Was it just me or did nobody else see the infamous poem or map of team rumors? Seems like the past few years somebody has made one and came like 80% true. remembering the American flag to Germany of Gwin to YT, and Manon Carpenter's periodic table hint about going to radon.

Pretty sure not hitting your goal of world domination due to injury but still keeping it in the top 5 whilst holding back and testing new equipment is nothing any company would consider something worth cutting from their budget given the fact there´s really no valid alternative. Not many podium regulars are up for grabs and even if they were, injury can strike any time.
